This recipe is one of my kids favorites – and I love it too, since it gets all those essential fatty acids into their little bodies!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Add only 2 tbsp of water at first and add more if necessary to make it smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Enjoy!!
Recipe Notes

Variations:

  • You can also put this into Popsicle containers and freeze it overnight for yummy chocolaty treats you wouldn't even mind your kids having for breakfast.
  • Replace the vanilla extract with some peppermint extract for a nice refreshing taste.
