Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Looking to get some healthy fats and vegetables into your children’s diet? Try this recipe. I didn’t believe it at first, but was dancing around the kitchen table because it was soooo delicious. My kids absolutely love this recipe!!

Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Add only 2 tbsp of water at first and add more if necessary to make it smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Enjoy!!

Variations:

  • You can also put this into Popsicle containers and freeze it overnight for yummy chocolaty treats you wouldn’t even mind your kids having for breakfast.
  • Replace the vanilla extract with some peppermint extract for a nice refreshing taste.
